BSB Report
Report consists of two report forms 4th and 5th appendix. Both partner groups must do 4th appendix together in the last exchange. 4th appendix will be identical for both partners. Different will be only 5th appendix which shows final expenses of BSB exchange given money. After you complete these report forms, give them to project coordinator in your country. Both report forms must be handed in two weeks after last exchange electronically. When you hand in report add CD with best pictures from this exchange. Notes about how to fill report forms can be found in 4th and 5th appendix.
We suggest you that in the last day of exchange both partner groups discuss questions asked in 4th appendix. After that you fill report form together. The main idea for 4th Appendix is to get feedback about this project. In must show basic information about your group and what your benefits from this exchange are. Also this report form will help to improve this project in future. Try to answer questions asked as good you can, because it is very important for you as participants realize what you gained from BSB exchange and also for us as organizer to see what could be improved in project and what students get from it.
The main idea of 5th appendix is to show final expenditures of your finances. This is very important, because we must see were biggest part of foundation is spent so that we could see if we need more foundation in future or maybe less foundation. Also we must show results to BALTECH universities.

What is BSB Exchange?
BALTECH Student Body Exchange is a great opportunity to experience your neighboring countries, learn about your study field and build connections to other technical students!
Within the framework of the BSB Exchange (carried out by BALTECH Student Body) student groups from the BALTECH Consortium Universities can be granted with financial support to fulfill two-way exchange within member Universities.
In this two-way exchange two student groups visit each other. Both groups act as hosts and guests, thus building bridges between the two student organizations.
To participate, you must follow these steps:
1. Choose a student organization from one of the partner Universities. Remember that your and your partner’s field of studies must correspond.
2. Contact your partner and agree on cooperation (See list of contacts of partner universities below)
3. Work out the exchange project in cooperation with your partner by strictly following the BSB Exchange Guidelines! (See BSB Exchange guidelines below)
4. Fill in the Application and Budget forms and submit them to BSB Exchange contact person in your University. (See Application, Budget forms and list of project contact persons below)
5. Wait the announcement of results.
6. Experience the exchange! :)
